We offer free AU shipping for orders above $150. All orders are shipped with Australia Post and include tracking numbers.

We ship every day, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. For orders placed before 11:00 am, we endeavor to ship same day for both standard or express shipping.

The shipping period below is an estimate of when Australia Post will deliver the order after the order has been dispatched.

Shipping times:
Metro: 2-4 Days
Regional: 4-7 Days

You should have your order within 2-4 working days for metro areas, and between 4-7 days for regional areas.

We will send you a shipping confirmation email when your order leaves our warehouse, including your tracking number.

We accept returns on full-price items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused, unworn, and undamaged, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Once we receive your return item back at the warehouse, your preference of refund or exchange will be processed within 48 hours. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been approved.

To qualify for a refund, all items must be in their original condition with packaging and tags attached. If your order included a free promotional item, it must also be returned.

Please note that, except in the event of damaged or faulty items, shipping charges are non-refundable—your refund will apply to the returned items only.
